Sebo’s Website Maintenance Services

Sebo Marketing first and foremost specializes in SEO, PPC, and CRO but with our expertise with WordPress we also offer WordPress website maintenance and security support.

The following plans on this page are specifically designed for companies that do not have a monthly retainer with Sebo for SEO or PPC services.  If you are an existing SEO/PPC client with Sebo or considering SEO/PPC + Website Maintenance Services our account managers can build a plan custom tailored to your needs.

Understanding the Plan Features

How Does Billing Work?

We will setup an automatic recurring payment for our retainer maintenance clients. The payment is charged at the beginning of every month.  If a client goes over their allotted maintenance hours in the month (and out of banked hours) then the next month’s automatic payment would be updated to include the overage amount.  For example: A client is on the Bronze plan. They paid $200 at the beginning of January for January’s services. During the month they used up 2.5 hours of tasks and they had 1 hour banked previous to January.  They have overused Sebo’s services by 1/2 hour.  Since Sebo charges in 15 minute increments they owe .5 hours at the Bronze hourly rate of $175 which would be $87.50.  When February’s automatic payment goes out it will be for $287.50 (February service and January overage).

What is Banking Hours?

For our Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans we allow unused hours to be banked (up to a limit).  What this means is that if you don’t use up all of your included task hours in the month you can rollover the unused hours to be used at a future month.  With banking unused hours you no longer have to feel like you have to use up all of your included maintenance hours each month. Banked hours are based on the plan’s basic task’s hourly rate. Please note that if a client cancels service they will be given 60 days from the last payment to use up any unused credits.  Any unused credits will be forfeit.

Turnaround Time & Same Day Requests

Our turnaround time is based on when we will start the request (not finish the request).  Task priority is first given to our SEO & PPC clients followed by our premium maintenance clients.  Then our Ad-hoc and Basic clients last.  We strive to be faster than our quoted turnaround times but there should be no expectation that we always will be.

If a client wants/needs something done same day then they will pay a premium.  Clients will only pay the premium for same day tasks that they request get done “same day”.  If we happen to take care of a request same day that wasn’t indicated was a “same day” request then the client will pay their standard rate.

What is included in Sebo Site Care?

• Uptime Monitoring
• Monthly Backups
• Quarterly Off-site Backups
• Monthly WP/Plugin Updates
• Security Scans
• Hack Support/Recovery
• Diagnosing Site Errors

There will be an additional monthly charge for clients that have multiple websites.

Please note that diagnosing site errors is included under “Site Care” but once the cause of an error is determined the client may or may have to use task hours for Sebo to fix the underlying issue.  It all just depends on what the issue is.  For example, if the client is adding code to the site and they accidentally cause a page to stop working then this request would incur some task time.

There may be instances where Sebo will choose not to provide the full level of our Site Care services on websites that we deem are not compatible with our service.  In the event this happens we will provide a discount for our bronze, silver, gold packages to offset the cost of us not being able to provide our full level of Site Care support.
