Ready for a quick, but challenging hike? Bruce will be leaving the Rock Canyon parking lot at 4:15 pm. The hope is to do 4 miles round trip. It’s a beautiful canyon and a challenging but fun hike. Plus, it’s rigorous enough to get the heart moving while short enough to fit in with a busy day. Wear good hiking shoes. Plan on 60 minutes round trip.
