Sebo Marketing builds websites. If you want to generate leads, we typically build WordPress websites. If you want an e-commerce website, we typically build WordPress websites with a Woo Commerce store.

In either case, we typically provide you with a custom web design, and then that design gets coded on the WordPress or Magento platform.

How Long Will It Take to Launch My Website?

This process varies based on a lot of factors, but the process usually takes about 4-8 weeks.

What’s the Process if I Choose to Work with Sebo?

Initial Planning Meeting

The first step is for our Director of Site Builds to have a planning meeting with you. Since most sites we build are not for companies local to Sebo, we normally have this meeting over the phone.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the purposes of the site, the scope of the site and estimated number of pages, and potential extra features that you might want on the site.

Custom Website Proposal

After the planning meeting, we will create a customized proposal for you. This will give you the estimated price, and options to either reduce the price or to increase the price and add more features. You have no obligation to use us until you have accepted our proposal.

We will send you the proposal, allow time for you to review the proposal, and then schedule a follow up call to ask any questions that you might have.

Payment Methods and Timing

If you decide to move forward with us, we will work out a payment schedule. Most clients pay us 50% up front and 50% at launch, but we will work with you. It is common for us to break up the payments into 3 or 4 payments if you prefer.

We will send you an initial invoice, and you are welcome to pay via check or credit card.

The Site Build Process

The process normally includes the Design Phase (finalizing the look of your site), the Content Phase (planning out the navigation and the page content of the site), the Build Phase (this is when your site actually gets coded, and the Final Review Phase (we make final pre-launch site edits, and then run through our lengthy Site Launch Checklist).

Post Launch

Once the site is launched, you have 30 days for us to help you make tweaks to the site. If you want to add additional features to the site at that time, you are welcome to do so. We will tell you the price before each add on before we add those items to the site. If there are add ons, at the end of the 30 days, we will bill you for the remaining balance.

If you requested any ongoing services, such as a PPC account set up or link building, we will start that process during the 30 day post launch period to get traffic to your site as soon as possible.
