You select a city or geographic location in which you want to promote your services. Sebo builds a website for that location. We put elements in place that are desirable both to search engines (like Google) and to the actual site visitors.
Sebo drives traffic to the website. Some of the visitors will fill out on online form. It will include their name, location, phone number, email address and some basic information about their financial situation. You receive an email within seconds of them filling out the form. You or someone from your office contacts the individual as soon as possible and attempts to set up an appointment. You then walk the person through the process of filing the bankruptcy.
- What are the expected results?
Because we have done this over and over with websites across the U.S., we have very specific data. We know which keywords will drive visitors, what the ads should say, what the website should say, and even how the attorney should contact the individual for maximum results.
We know that $500 spent on PPC advertising will produce about 15 or 16 leads. We also know that most attorneys will close about 10-20% of the leads. That means that $500 spent will produce 2 or 3 closed cases, producing approximately $2,000 to $3,000 in minimum revenue to your firm.
- What do I have to commit to do?
We keep it very simple for you so you can focus on doing your job well. Here are your requirements:
- Be willing to spend a minimum of $500 on PPC advertising. This money is guaranteed to bring you real visitors to your website.
- Follow up with the leads in a timely manner
- Be professional, honest, and ethical in your dealings with the leads we generate for you
- Be willing to discuss the results with us so we can tweak the program to meet your goals

- How does Sebo Marketing get paid?
Sebo gets compensated based on the number of leads that it generates for you. There are several ranges of leads. As you receive more leads each month, Sebo’s compensation increases.
- Can I lease more than 1 location at a time?
Absolutely. In many cases, that is the most effective way to maximize your marketing dollars. We simply require that your treat each site separately. This means that you need to spend the minimum of $500 in PPC advertising per site per month. In addition, you need to have the resources to handle all the leads that come in.
For example, let’s say you want to lease 4 sites per month. You need to spend $500 per site or $2,000 in PPC advertising. This means that you will need to be able to follow up on 60 or more leads per month. If you can handle that volume, we can keep you very busy!

- How did you choose which locations to promote with this program?
We selected the geographic locations very scientifically. In order for this to work, several factors must be present.
First, each site must have a minimum number of real people every month searching for specific and very related terms.
Next, there has to be a maximum number of competitors. In other words, if there are a lot of searches but tons of competitors for those terms, our sites don’t have a high chance of success. Due to this research, we essentially know ahead of time which sites and locations have a high probability of success.
- Does this program really work?

Since helping Mr. Smith increase his practice, we have successfully helped all our clients increase their monthly leads. Many of our clients have had to hire additional attorneys to handle the increased case load.
However, if it doesn’t work for you, you can cancel at any time, making it a very low risk advertising method that you should test.
- Will it make me money?
Our data is solid. We know that every $1,000 spent in PPC advertising produces an average of 33 leads. The typical firm closes 15-20% of those leads. Therefore, every $1,000 spent in PPC advertising produces approximately 4 to 6 closed cases, which should generate a minimum of $4,000 to $6,000 in revenue for your firm.
- What if it doesn’t make me money?
You aren’t locked in to any time commitment at all. If you decide that the program isn’t what you or your firm need, simply let us know and your involvement will end at the end of that calendar month.
- Can I control the costs and the number of leads?
Absolutely! One of the reasons that this method is so effective is you can increase and/or decrease your advertising spending at any time. Most firms will take some profits and increase their spending to generate even more leads, but you can do the opposite at any time.
For example, let’s say you want less leads during the holidays. Just let us know and we will reduce your advertising spend and reduce the number of leads. It’s really quite simple to adjust the number of leads you get each month.
- Is this ethical? Do I cross any legal lines by doing something like this?
We know the rules vary from state to state, but in general, it is illegal to pay a commission on the value of a closed deal unless the person who receives the commission is licensed to practice law in that state. Our compensation model is based on the number of leads that we provide you, therefore, it is simply a marketing cost.
Sebo wants to help you close more cases, and we are willing to work with you to ensure that you don’t even come close to crossing any ethical lines.
In summary, we know how to make you money. We are willing to work with you to customize the program for your specific needs.
- Will the website have my name, phone number, picture, etc on it?
It’s up to you. While we recommend that you allow us to customize the site with elements from your brand and contact information from your firm, it’s not a requirement to participate in this program. Some attorneys prefer the site to be generic and those sites have proven to still be able to effectively turn visitors into leads.
- Can I control what the website looks like? Can I change the text on the site?
Because we are not charging you for building the site, we encourage you to trust our know-how in creating a site that will rank for important keywords and convert traffic into leads. We will take any design and functionality suggestions that you have into consideration, but ultimately, we will do what we think is best for the site.
- How does this compare to other marketing efforts?
Most marketing efforts require that you pay for an advertisement of some type. It might be a billboard, yellow pages ad, TV or radio spot, etc. The problem with this method is that when you pay the money, you have no way of knowing how well it is going to work. If it does, you expand it. If it doesn't, you drop it (or at least you should drop it!). With this method, you pay for specific results. It has proven over and over to work better than all the traditional methods of advertising. We have the data to prove it.
The major difference is advertising is designed to produce leads for you. Sometimes your advertising dollars are well spent, and other times the advertising dollar is wasted. This method reduces the possibility of wasted advertising dollars dramatically.
For example, let’s look at advertising on a billboard. You could spent $5,000 for a billboard and have no idea before you spend the money if the billboard will work for you. It’s a big risk. It might work. It might not. The reason is you pay for every car that drives by the billboard, even those that never look at your billboard or have no interest in your services. What if you could buy a billboard that you only paid for people who saw your billboard AND came to see you? That’s how this method of advertising works. It’s simply a smarter way to advertise.
- I’ve been contacted before by companies selling leads. Is this different?
For starters, the companies that sell leads don’t typically give any one firm exclusive access to the individual leads. Second, the leads come in from a national website. Third, you have to sign a decent length contract that can be hard to get out of, even if the leads that come in aren’t good quality.
The difference with this program is that if we don’t get you at least 10 leads a month, you don’t have to pay Sebo anything. You are in full control and can participate in the program for as long or as short as you want. There are no long-term contracts.

You only "pay per click", which is why it is called Pay-Per-Click advertising.

You choose the geographic location that you want your ads to display. If someone in that location types in a keyword phrase that has been pre-selected, your ad shows up. The great part about this advertising method is that the ad shows up completely for free. You only pay IF the person sees your ad and decides to click on it. That makes this advertising method very effective because you are driving targeted visitors to your website.
Our data tells us which keyword phrases work and which don’t. It also tells us what the ad should say, and once the person arrives at the site, what the site content should say. This combination of knowledge and data makes this a very predictable source of quality leads for you every month.
- Tell me more about Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
We love SEO because when it is done correctly, it drives free quality visitors to your site. Here’s how it works. A search engine (like Google) is simply a computer program designed to rank web pages according to a specific keyword phrase. Since it’s a computer program, we know that it was coded to look for specific things on web pages. In other words, if specific things are present on a page, the search will like the page. If those things are missing, the search engine won’t like it as much.
Sebo knows what things the search engine is looking for on each web page. Therefore, the web pages we create will be liked by Google. We can’t or won’t guarantee specific rankings because there are too many factors that are out of our control, but we can give a website a great chance of SEO success.
